In nearly all states, acupuncture and herbal medicine practitioners are required to be licensed. Most states also require certification by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). The links below are provided exclusively as a service to locate practitioners. Many of the links allow visitors to search by location, specialties, treatments or techniques. The Council does not endorse individual acupuncture and herbal medicine practitioners or services.
